Fishing Trips & Quotes

The mission of Trident Charters is to create a personalized experience for our guests. The quotes provided below are the standard costs. Please feel free to speak with the Captain if you would like to customize your trip.

The back bay is easily accessible, 10-20 minutes, and the target fish usually includes:

  • Drum/Flounder/Blue Fish/Striper/Tautog and Fly Fishing

On the Triton, 30’ Scarab, the following quotes apply:

  • ½ day (4 hours of fishing) – $500
  • ¾ day (6 hours) – $695
  • Maximum 6 people

On the Proteus, 18’ flatbottom, the following quotes apply:

  • ½ day (4 hours of fishing) – 1 person – $250, 2 people – $400, 3 people – $500
  • ¾ day (6 hours) – 1 person – $325, 2 people – $480, 3 people – $600
  • Military/First Responders are eligible for a 10% discount.
  • Included in every excursion is a music video of your day on the water.

Inshore/Canyon Fishing

The ocean provides a variety of options for anglers and the quotes below are the standard costs. Please feel free to speak with the Captain if you would like to customize your trip.

Target Species:

Bluefish/Ling/Mahi/Marlin/Sea Bass/Sharks – (Black Tip/Blue/Bull/Hammerhead/ Mako/Thresher/Tiger) – Striper/Tile Fish – (Blue and Golden) – Tuna – (Bigeye/Bluefin/Yellowfin) – Wahoo

Your fishing excursion will be aboard the Triton, 30’ Scarab, with a maximum of 6 guests.

Quotes:

Half Day (6HR) inshore bottom fishing – $775
Half Day (6 HR) inshore trip (primarily trolling) – $900
Three quarters of a Day (8 HR) inshore trip (primarily trolling) – $1,100
Full Day (12HR) inshore trip (primarily trolling) – $1,600
Full Day (16HR) Canyon Run (deep water bottom fishing and trolling) – $2,000
Striper Season – April/May and Nov/Dec – $795 for a Day Trip (6HR)

  • Military/First Responders are eligible for a 10% discount.
  • Included in every excursion is a music video of your day on the water.

Sunset Cruises or Tour

A maximum number of 8 people and it is $100 per hour and the Captain will review with you the details several days in advance.

Trip Policies

  • Not every trip requires a mate.

  • A deposit of 20% will be required when you book your trip.

  • Alcoholic beverages are permitted, and you can smoke on the boat.

  • As we are a federal vessel, we have a Drug Free Policy!
  • All fish kept will be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Refunds on deposits: If canceled 2-weeks out or if the weather is bad, 100% refunded. If canceled by the captain 100% refunded.
  • The boat will supply all fishing gear and bait for the trip. Any fishing rod and reel dropped overboard will be replaced at the guest’s expense.
  • If life jackets are required to be worn, everyone must comply.
  • If you have a favorite rod/reel set-up you wish to bring, please let the captain know.
  • No bananas on the boat!

​Please bring your own food & drink. The boat will have a limited supply in case of emergencies. The boat will have bug spray, sunscreen, and camera equipment if you would like to receive a video of the experience.
